A balanced, flavored, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey from Tennessee crafted with at least 51% corn; slow filtered through maple charcoal; & aged for at least 2 years in new American white oak using the Lincoln County Process. It has an aromatic beginning of hints of grain, wood, spice & stone fruits; a rich middle adds notes of green apple & butterscotch; leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with notes of green apple rinds & pits.
