A delicate, flavored, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey from Tennessee, made with at least 51% corn, filtered through maple charcoal, & aged at least 2 years in new American white oak using the Lincoln County Process. It starts aromatically with hints of grain, wood & spice. Its life is rich with cinnamon & toasted oak, leading to a delicate, medium-length end. February / August 2022
