A surprisingly fresh aroma, with apple and a light, syrupy sweetness. Very subtle peat on the nose, no deep smokiness. The palate offers apple fruitiness, without bitterness or spice, very light peat, and is somewhat underwhelming if you were expecting a peated dram. The finish isn't complex, rather short to medium, with some peat at the end balanced by fruitiness that fades quickly, leaving a very thin sweet aftertaste. Avoid if you're seeking a peated Whisky; I detect very light peat at best. However, it serves as a very light, everyday dram for its price point.

Nose: Little on the nose. A faint wisp of smoke, some summer fruit and berries. Palate: Summer fruit, vanilla, slightly floral. Light, sweet peat smoke. A bit cloying. Like antiseptic. Finish: Short. A little smoke, citrus & apple. There isn't much to this whisky. It's very sweet, with a touch of highland peat smoke. Instantly forgettable.

The mouthfeel reminds me of the cotton ball used in a pill bottle to absorb moisture. Not particularly pleasant, nor interestingly complex. Overall, I wouldn't try this again.

Nose is delicate, featuring pear and sweet fruit. Slightly medicinal. Palate is a bit underwhelming, like a decent blended spirit. My tongue feels slightly numb, but not in a good way.

This could be controversial - specifically, it has a very lengthy finish with a metallic quality. Still, it's agreeable enough for my palate.
