An earthy aroma, I can't quite identify it. Perhaps yeast? Or perhaps sourdough? The flavor is a significant improvement over the smell, offering rum sweetness and sugarcane, with excellent richness and an excellent burn; all the elements meld together beautifully. A long, smooth finish; this is exceptional.
