The aroma is full of wine, sharp and somewhat tart. The taste is entirely spice, with cinnamon and the alcohol strength going crazy. The wine essence lingers somewhat, the tartness has vanished. Powerful.
Very mellow, subtle notes. Tastes like dates, oregano, and citrus. It sounds unusual, but it has a warm, soft texture like pizza dough.
