Aroma: notes of spice, salt, minerals, and iodine. Taste: continues with minerals and iodine, a touch of spice, and subtle floral hints near the finish. The conclusion is a salty iodine flavor. I came across this at a liquor store with a decent price reduction because they wanted to clear out the final bottle. This is my initial experience with an independent bottler and my first malt from the Isle of Mull. I like exploring new bottles and will happily finish this one, though I don't think I'd purchase another.

A bartender suggested this to me when I was unsure what to order among the many independent bottlings available. It offers a great combination of sweetness and smoke, with hints of creamy vanilla, toffee, citrus, floral fruitiness, spices, and smoke.
