Janiya Kincaid 4.0

Color: light amber. Aroma: Rum and Raisin, egg nog, light citrus, sweet sponge cake, and spiced apple. A drop of water reveals jersey caramel. Mouthfeel: It introduces itself on the tip of the tongue and is very well-rounded from there back. Light mouthfeel with distinct sherry notes. Complex but so well balanced on the palate. Finish: very smooth with pleasant lingering warmth at the back of the throat.

Lou Lackey 4.0

Buttery spices on the nose, like gingerbread cookie batter. On the palate, sweet whipped cream and brown sugar with hints of nutmeg or cloves. Wonderful.

Carson Hawk 3.5

Fantastic pour, harmonious and intricate. Lost a star because the 500ml size makes the cost feel a bit high.

Margret Hope 3.8

It's mellow with a butterscotch scent. Adding a splash of water really improved it.

Burton Coburn 4.0

Nice balance of various cask influences.

Kris Steen 3.8

Thick, sweet sherry notes
