Sebastian Murphy 3.5

The cognac has a smooth, balanced, well-structured taste with a delicate floral start and a rich vanilla finish. The cognac's aroma is filled with distinct vanilla-floral notes. This spirit is crafted using a special method, giving it unique taste and scent characteristics. During spirit distillation, yeast is added, creating an enanthic ester, also known as "cognac oil," which makes the drink smoother and more velvety. The spirit ages in oak barrels for at least five years. This cognac has received numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals at various international competitions, assuring its excellent quality. This city, a crossroads between East and the Caucasus, has always been known for its strong spirits made from local grapes. Even a connoisseur of alcoholic beverages admired the products from local winemakers, saying, "When you drink one cup, you want another, when you drink the second, your soul craves a third." These cognacs became known in 1885 when a talented winemaker decided to unite several distilleries. A few years later, his operation grew into a large production facility, now one of the most decorated, respected, and well-known producers of spirits in the Russian market. The success lies in the unique recipes of all products, as well as in respecting ancient traditions, harmoniously combined with the most progressive technologies for creating alcoholic beverages.
