An intensely flavored Whiskey from Tennessee, created by blending sour mash whiskey. Its mash bill consists mainly of corn, with some rye & barley. It undergoes slow filtration through charcoal maple chips before aging for 4 years, during which brown sugar is infused. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of grain, oak & spices; its rich & full character adds notes of crystallized molasses & burnt brown sugar, leading to a brief & bold conclusion.
