Store pick from Signature Wine & Spirits. Rested for 15 minutes in a Glencairn glass. Deep amber color. The aroma starts with cherry cola, then shifts to apple, dark fruit, and tobacco. The palate features cinnamon, clove, and baking spices with a dry, oaky finish. The finish is long with moderate warmth. When added to the glass, cherry cola notes reappear. Overall: 9/10. This is my first experience with this brand, and it's a favorite for the year. I'd be interested in comparing it to another well-known bourbon.
