Kilchoman 100% Islay Fèis Ìle 2017 is a celebration bottling made from barley grown and malted entirely on Islay. It is a combination of one bourbon barrel filled in July 2008 and an Oloroso Sherry Butt filled in October 2009. Only 877 bottles were produced, sold one per customer at the distillery on June 1st, 2017, at a cask strength of 58% ABV.

A refined spirit, in a positive sense. It's quite smooth for its potency. The peat is prominent, yet sweet and harmonious. I give it a 4.5, tying for second among the samples I tried from Feis Ile 2017.
