Pleasant smoky scent, quite smooth on the palate generally, featuring some peat, vanilla, and a pleasant quality. Adding a splash of water seems to reveal the sweetness.

Quite enjoyable. Not as good as Sauternes (less iodine/complexity). Superior to the lost spirits abomination.
Peated and aromatic. Pleasant notes of vanilla, dry grass, and honey.
Spice notes of cinnamon.
