A clear spirit from Ukraine made from 100% corn. It was processed using both copper pot and continuous column stills, then purified through seven distinct stages. It presents a subtle beginning with traces of fruit and spice; a lively middle offers a touch of citrus and vanilla; culminating in a swift and clean conclusion. July / August 2023
