Aroma: wood, baked good, funky yeast, vanilla ice cream Palate: feels much older than 5 years and much stronger than 135 proof. Chocolate, more vanilla ice cream, cherry Finish: leather, wood, chocolate. Not much beyond that, concludes like a bourbon significantly older than 5 years 8 on the t8ke scale. This would rival any high proof JD bottle. Tastes like a barrel proof version of the 10 year.
