Dawn Schumacher 3.8

2022 bottling Aroma: Fruity, with notes of plums, cinnamon spice, and a subtle hint of young grain. Taste: Abundant spice, vegetal character, honey, and cinnamon spice. The tannins are noticeable. A long finish with further spice. It's complex, enjoyable, and very easy to drink, though the dryness and youthful grain notes are minor drawbacks. Despite these points, it's a tasty offering from this source.

Ari Newton 4.3

The aromas are rich with stone fruit, oak, vanilla, caramel, and some herbs. The flavors mirror the nose, are mildly sweet, and include a hint of butter. It's exceptionally smooth with some warmth in the finish. Very enjoyable.

Maximilian Barber 4.5

A truly delightful spirit for sipping; much smoother than the version aged in cognac barrels.

Malcolm Skelton 4.8

Potent, with a satisfying intensity. Hints of maple, vanilla, and honey.

Wilbur Heard 3.3

Spice notes of cinnamon and oak, with a hint of nuttiness.

Elisha Mayfield 3.5
