Todd Jose 2.0

Attempt two - Features distinct honey, caramel, and vanilla. Despite the high proof, a very mild peppery sting is present. Its flavor is light and delicate, with nutty, malty, and oaky notes, leaving a slight dryness and a hint of sawdust. The raisin note lingers. Second attempt - Sharp peppery notes, reminiscent of smelling raw honeycomb. It's sharp, acidic, and quite flavorful with nutty and raisin characteristics. The finish is sharp and nutty.
