Only 13 gallons remaining from an initial 53. Smells like caramel and oak. Tastes sweet with cinnamon, quickly becoming dry from tannins, but it's not too much. Hints of vanilla and rye spice, with a slight ginger cinnamon cookie character. The finish lasts a good while. A distillery-exclusive bottling, and it's excellent!
