This is best used for adding color to drinks. A quarter ounce makes a beautiful teal cocktail in a lime-based drink. A quarter ounce in a grenadine-based drink creates a beautiful purple cocktail. Mixed with something creamy, it produces a beautiful baby blue cocktail. However, don't use more than a quarter ounce, as it doesn't taste good. If you want something to sip, do yourself a favor and get a better curaçao without artificial coloring.
