This is a special selection by Rochester Elite Barrel Pickers, finished in oloroso casks. Its color is a deep, vibrant amber, leaving strong legs down the glass. The aroma immediately presents sweet sherry alongside bourbon notes of oak, vanilla, brown sugar, baking spices, and hints of pepper. The sherry's sweetness is apparent from the start, followed by a wave of spice including cinnamon, pepper, and rye. Dry oak and anise emerge, with a faint touch of vanilla creaminess. The finish is medium, with lingering sherry and spice that gracefully fade into oaky undertones.
