The aroma features orange zest, ginger, and vanilla, with some toffee notes also present. The palate is sweet and zesty, leading to a lingering peppery finish. It's rather pricey, but fortunately, it was a gift 😊

Rich, sweet, fruity, and complex from extensive sherry aging. I anticipated more intensity than the standard 18-year due to the slightly higher alcohol content, but they are nearly identical. Still an outstanding pour.
Easy to drink, with a light peat presence, though perhaps a bit more smoky than is typical for the distillery.
Subtle toffee notes with no lingering aftertaste, making it very easy to drink.
Lovely honey notes and remarkably mellow despite being 46% ABV.
It was a bit different but fucking good.
