About this bottle
Between You and I was developed in partnership with Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, who in 2025 is the sole chef globally with three Michelin three-star restaurants. This single malt, aged for 16 years, matured in virgin Swedish oak, a novel approach for Highland Park, alongside sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks. The packaging includes a booklet of reflective questions for the consumer instead of tasting notes. Global availability commences on October 14, 2025, with a suggested retail price of $180.
