Hartley V.S.O.P. BRANDY

Hartley V.S.O.P. presents a clear, tan appearance, with visible sediment particles throughout. The scent carries notes of golden raisins, mild spice, and a hint of vanilla. A lower-tier brandy. A little too sweet and heavy on the vanilla. Not my top pick to drink by itself. Best utilized in cooking or desserts. Might also work in cocktails. Approximately $15 for a 1.75L bottle.

I purchased a small bottle. It smells sweet but lacks sweetness in taste. A rather good brandy flavor, but it fades quickly.

Presents a nice, mild flavor when drunk neat or on ice. The flavor vanishes when mixed. A respectable brandy for its price point.

The unaged characteristic is noticeable and detracts slightly. It remains smooth, but the flavors don't quite harmonize.
