About this bottle
Hardin’s Creek, a collection of rare, experimental whiskeys from the James B. Beam Distilling Co., features a Warehouse Series in three parts that investigates the impact of warehouse design, height, and microclimate on maturation. All Kentucky straight bourbons in the series were aged for 11 years, using the same mash bill, and bottled at 110 proof. Each release includes a symbolic character linked to its warehouse. The Beaver was aged in Warehouse W, a five-story, nearly 100-year-old rickhouse located near a creek in Clermont, Kentucky. It is expected to be available in select markets from October 2025. (SRP $149.99)
