A 25-year-old, unpeated single malt Scotch from the Highlands, this expression was aged in traditional oak and subsequently finished in oloroso sherry casks.

Incredibly clean with a pleasant long finish. The nose is powerful with sherry, green apples, and honey. My only critique is that the transition between the initial and final taste is almost too seamless. It’s a limited release so if you see it, get it!
