Royal Vallet, a Mexican spirits company, produces Granada-Vallet, a bitter liqueur featuring pomegranate. Its recipe also includes cinnamon, fennel, gentian root, wormwood, and cinchona root. The liqueur gets its red hue from Oaxacan cochineal insects.
