Nose - Milk chocolate Hershey bar. Of course, ethanol from the high proof. Palate - Initially hot with cinnamon and barrel char. Then, just before the finish, it's like biting into a Hershey bar. Finish - The back end has chocolate and cinnamon, very much like Mexican chocolate.
