On the nose: abundant fruits, green apple, pear, apricots, peach, citrus, smoky bonfire, caramel, quince jelly, and grilled meat. On the palate: smoked caramel, apple, chocolate, and coffee. A long, intense finish with notes of ash. Cheers to this distillery; I'm intrigued by their new peated smoke offering!
