I really want to enjoy this bottle. The label states it's an exclusive for a liquor store in Calgary, AB. The 66% cask strength makes it challenging. Too small a sip vanishes, leaving nothing, while too large a sip causes a burning cough, obscuring the flavors. Occasionally, I get the perfect amount, experiencing a fantastic sip of vanilla, oak, and sherry that goes down easily. As I mentioned, I want to like it, but I'm not accustomed to a tricky drink like this. It costs $110 CAD normally.
