Todd Jimenez 4.5

On the nose, it's nearly perfect, initially smelling like cut orange, followed by grapefruit, fondant, whipped cream, orange juice, and orange cake. Red fruits are also present. It's very pleasing. Upon tasting, it begins very woody, similar to licking a ping pong paddle. It then develops into creamy, chocolatey, and orange peel flavors. The finish was wonderfully peated, which was unexpected. The primary scents are like a fresh can of tennis balls, Nerf toys, plastic, and a cigar box. The aromas are incredible. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and fun drink. It strikes an excellent balance between fruitiness and peat. The peaty notes reminded me of a Laphroaig, hence the tennis ball and Nerf toy comparisons. I suspect the pungent, though pleasant, peaty notes were meant to evoke the ghost's presence. I rate this excellent single malt 93 out of 100.

Patience Hinton 3.3

Reminds me of Highland Park, featuring a peculiar screw cork. Nose: Faint sweet smoke, vanilla, and sherry undertones. Palate: Gentle peat smoke, vanilla, citrus, and a hint of dried fruit. Finish: Smoky with a touch of bitterness.
