Very average, harsh initially, with aromas of honey, vanilla, and nuts on the nose, but a strange peppery quality on the palate. It didn't quite suit my taste.

Wonderful whiskey. It does not have the same depth as a few others, but it is very drinkable and has a purer profile (minimal smoke).
Pleasant but a bit diluted/unremarkable compared to bourbon/rye. Very smooth!
It's light and simple to consume. There's a slight burn, but it's not overpowering.
Simple and approachable...a good starting point.
