Helen Bello 3.8

A warm and peppery sensation in the mouth, with a lingering peppery feeling. Black fruits, licorice, melted chocolate, and mixed spices are also detected. The finish leaves a persistent blackcurrant impression, adding a touch of sweetness and depth. This results in a single malt with an interesting malty and fruity profile, offering an evolving taste experience and it's a solid choice for those who appreciate a Speyside whisky not dominated by wood.

Robbie Haney 4.0

We taste chocolate, slightly bitter espresso, pepper, and spices like lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweet dried fruits. It offers a nice balance of spice and fruit. It's very complex as a whiskey but also very good; I don't regret my purchase at all.
