Glenlivet Nàdurra 1991 Triumph

Disclaimer: This tasting is of The Glenlivet Nàdurra Sherry Cask. | Nose: Enhanced vanilla, a touch of banana. Palate: Opens up with a couple of drops of water, revealing a complex, nutty spiciness. It reminds me of a steak seasoned with coarse sea salt. Finish: Long, sophisticated, and lingers on the tongue, even with the 60.3% ABV. Tasted at Whisky & Gin Breda.

Nose: Pears, stone fruit, and grain. Palate: Pear, wood, creamy cocoa, bright notes, and nectar.

Smooth, very mild peat, Meyer honey, citrus peel, a smoky Old Fashioned, and stewed apples.
