Eden Holmes 4.0

Nose: Smells intensely of chocolate, earth, and grain, reminiscent of Springbank but without the peat, just the maltiness. Dark fruit and burnt sugar notes are prominent. Despite the high proof, there's no sharp sting on the nose, though a deep inhale requires pulling back due to the strength. Palate: The palate is immediately met with a powerful sweetness on the tip of the tongue, lingering for a second or two. The high alcohol content initially attacks the sensitive parts of the mouth, causing a slight sting if you have any abrasions. A warm sensation fills the mouth, along with a rich sherry aroma. Exhaling brings a burst of sherry followed by spiciness on the tongue and in the mouth. Maltiness follows, rich enough to be nutty. Finish: Possibly the longest finish among 12-year-olds tasted. The spiciness endures, leaving the mouth and tongue tingly, and the warmth lingers, creating a subtle oily sensation in the mouth. #Complex and brilliant performance #Great value for money #Artist approved #Grateful for the opportunity
