Appearance: Dark Golden Brown Amber Aroma: Stewed Spiced Plums; Honey, Vanilla, Butter Palate: Absolutely fantastic! Hits all my Sherry-Bomb preferences. Tastes like Fig Newtons, cinnamon, baking spices, and dark fruits in a pie. Finish: Long... sultanas, candied cinnamon, a hint of pepper on the back end. Overall: My top Sherry-Bomb! Superior to Glendronach 18, Aberlour A’Bundah, and Macallan 12 Sherry Cask. Despite its youth and cask strength, this dram provides a delicious sweet and spicy experience that lingers for over 2 minutes. Amazing. I wanted to give it a perfect score but held back since it's limited to 3993 bottles and lacks an age statement. Otherwise, it's a perfect Sherry-Bomb.

Without question the finest Glengoyne whisky I have had the pleasure to taste. It is superior to the 21 yo solely due to the alcohol content. I also hope to experience the 25 yo someday. The full, rich flavors of the Teapot Dram far surpass its perceived youth. If you can find it for under 150 USD (including shipping), purchase it! I am considering buying another bottle for myself.
