The highlight of this 18YO is the aroma. It has a pleasant toffee and zesty fruity scent with cinnamon. The palate is thin, making it very easy to drink, but I truly wished for more richness in the mouthfeel; however, at this price point, that's asking too much. It tastes of honey, fruitiness, and toffee. The finish is medium-short with light spices.

Apples and pears on the nose, along with pear drop candies and grassy notes, leading to sharp mint and citrus on the palate. It evokes sherbet lemons! The finish is long, sweet, and coconutty with a lingering salty tang.
Drinking this 18 year old scotch feels like conversing with an old companion; it's familiar, warm, and effortlessly comforting. Luscious fruits, warm spices, a touch of caramel, and a lightly smoldering finish. In a word, delicious!
Absolutely lovely. Fairly light amber, which isn't the most visually appealing, but such fresh, sweet vanilla notes on the nose. Slight smokiness on the palate with a sweeter finish. Very, very nice, so sweet and syrupy.
Compared to Glenfiddich 12 year old, it has a more pronounced initial spice but is smoother and has a buttery quality. No peat and minimal herbal notes.
Cinnamon, nutmeg, and spices in the aroma, smooth with apricot and light toffee flavor. A soft, lingering taste of apricot and spices.
