Percy Montague 5.0

*Cask 6596 - Museo del Whisky Argentina* Wood. Unctuous. Wax. Pipe tobacco. Raisins. Compote. Fig. Roasted pears. Almond. Plum. On the palate sweet caramel unctuous body. Great presence of the Pedro Ximenez. Long persistence in the mouth. Finish is medium compared to the mouth persistence. But a great balance that doesn't feel out of place. Great pairing with dark chocolate.

Cesar Selby 4.0

At Carrick house. Deep color, with a plum-like flavor that isn't overly sherry or port-like.

Tucker Short 5.0

Flavors of banana, raisin, and orange peel
