Nose: Fruity, with a faint hint of strawberry, kiwi, and lemon, accompanied by a pleasant floral scent, a dusty oak undertone, and vanilla throughout. It's hard to believe it's 60.2% ABV. Palate: WOW! There's that 60%! It starts spicy, moves to crème brûlée in the middle, and finishes with vanilla creme puff on the sides after the spice subsides. Oak is present at the end. Finish: Medium to long, with notes of mineral water with lemon, oak, and a slightly metallic tang. Overall: What a fantastic dram! Unfortunately, it only comes in a 100ml sample size.

Sweet aroma with notes of vanilla and caramel. Strong spicy oak is followed by intense warming pepper, a bit of smokiness, and light brine. Hints of dark dried fruit are present. A lingering bitter note of peanut skin is accompanied by subtle flavors of pears, jujube, and floral notes that develop and spread across the palate.
This one needs a bit of water to mellow out. The intensity is a little much for a whisky with such herbal and lemon notes.
