Aroma: Rich. Equally sweet and spicy. Sweetness like molasses with caramel and vanilla. Woody with a heat similar to the aroma of a wood grill. Some cinnamon and hints of nuts too. Palate: Sweet and smooth with a molasses-like thickness to the mouthfeel. Some caramel and raisins come to mind before the spice returns. Finish: The spice from the aroma and mid-palate develops into more of a red pepper flake that mingles well with a natural honey.
