Garrison Brothers Hye Rye, bottled at 98 proof, marks the Texas distillery's inaugural rye-based bourbon. This experimental release, limited to 1200 bottles, uses a sweet mash bill comprising 52% South Texas corn, 37% organic rye, and 11% barley, with a 5-year aging period. It was available from the distillery starting December 5, 2020.
