Age: 10 years and 9 months ABV: 53.1% Aroma: Exceptional nose, featuring dark fermenting fruits, caramel confections, with rye notes appearing at the end. Flavor: Noticeably spicier than the aroma suggested. Notes of cinnamon, deep caramel, more red fruits, and a touch of banana. Finish: Extended, with a spicy character (cinnamon and peppercorn). This is my preferred recipe among the four I've sampled.

I didn't expect to like this based on published tasting notes, but it's just another great 4-rose product. The floral nose and palate are so well done; this is great and has a rather long finish.
Nose: caramel and chicory, with vanilla and oaky notes. Palate: cracker-like, minty, creamy, with floral hints toward the end. More rye character in the finish.
My second favorite recipe! Really delicious. Shout out to and
