Rebekah Saucedo 3.0

An intense Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, crafted by Master Distiller Brent Elliott using a mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley, with yeast strain K. It starts aromatically with grains, wood, nuts, herbs, and spices; a balanced mid-palate features vanilla creme brulee, wintergreen mint, chocolate, and toffee bar; leading to a medium-length dry finish with notes of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, black pepper, toasted oak, and rye. Madalyn Paulson 3.8

Thick oily legs in the glass. Very floral nose, sweet syrup as well. Palate is similar, maybe leaning into maple syrup. Floral is dominate, but barrel char comes out and black pepper toward the end. Very distinctive.

Johan Holcomb 1.0

Bitter, spicy, would not recommend

Reva Beebe 1.8

Very unremarkable, somewhat perfumey.
