Four Roses OESQ

A refined Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from a Master Distiller, made in Kentucky with a grain mix of 75% Corn, 20% Rye & 5% Malted Barley using specific yeast. It begins aromatically with hints of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices. Its delicate character adds notes of nectarine, apple cider, cherry, oatmeal cookie batter, culminating in a balanced, medium-length finish with notes of oak, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, toasted walnuts, pie crust & tea leaf. On the nose, I get cinnamon, mild rye, a hint of florals, and cane sugar.
