Four Roses OBSO

This intense Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was made in Kentucky by Master Distiller, using yeast strain O. The mash bill was 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley. Its aroma presents notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, flowers, herbs, and spices. The bold and spicy taste includes maraschino cherry, toasted orange rind, caramel, mint, cherry blossom, chocolate mousse pie, and brown sugar. It finishes medium-length and balanced, with flavors of fruit cake, cinnamon stick, black pepper, dry oak, clove, tiramisu, rye, wet tobacco, a new leather baseball glove, pine, and cedar. Nose: earthy, tannic, vanilla Palate: minty cola, lingers forever. Some apricot, mocha, cinnamon, tannins linger

Tastes of fall spices and slight bitterness; I'd purchase it if I saw it at a store or bar.
