Aroma: Initially mint and basil, followed by typical brown sugar and vanilla. Taste: More mint and rye spice, then oak and a lot of dark chocolate. The texture is a bit thin; more body would elevate it from good to great. Finish: Oak and dark chocolate with a pleasant hint of apple at the end. Rated 6 on the t8ke scale
