Ryann Nieto 3.0

Appearance: Deep reddish amber, bordering on burnt umber. Appears quite transparent against light, with no visible particles. Aroma: A mild and pleasant coffee scent. Very direct, lacking vanilla or spicy notes. It resembles a good, strong cup of black coffee. Flavor and texture: Pleasant initial taste, sweet but not overly so or syrupy. A distinct, full coffee presence on the palate that extends into a medium-long finish. The texture is rounded and silky, without excessive sweetness. A rather unassuming character that might be considered a bit simple or common, yet it is satisfying and enjoyable. Picture a cup of well-brewed strong black coffee with about 3-4 teaspoons of white sugar and a dash of white rum; that's essentially it. Nothing specific to fault, and the Fair company appears to be a reputable organization sourcing fair-trade ingredients. An agreeable sipper (better than Kahlua, actually, as it's much more like a homemade liqueur) and likely a fine mixer too. "Above Average": 81/100 (3 stars)
