About this bottle
Released as the most mature malt from the English Whisky Company at the time, this bold, cask-strength spirit comes from four bourbon-seasoned barrels (615-618). James Nelstrop, whose family manages the two small 1800-liter stills at St. George's Distillery in Norfolk, England, founded the distillery, which began distilling in 2006. Chapter 15, a heavily peated expression, was produced in 2008 using grain from the local area and matured for five years in the specified barrels before being bottled at 58.4% ABV, the natural strength of the casks.
