The listed alcohol by volume is inaccurate; it is actually 57.2% It has a sweet barbecue and saltwater aroma with abundant stone fruit and citrus notes. The flavor delivers a powerful herbaceous, maritime peatiness. A lingering finish of burnt ends and subtly sweet confection completes it. I'm interested to see how this evolves as I continue to drink this bottle.
