To be clear, I've only enjoyed the initial pour. For optimal results, add 5ml of water and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Nose: Predominantly sherry, with herbs and yeast. Palate: Sherry, tart dried apricots, and oak. Finish: Peppery and underlying spice. It's of medium length and lingers.
