Smells like cookies or pancakes, with citrus, a touch of earthiness, grass, and oak. On the palate, there's a slight smokiness, notes of caramel and vanilla, spice, earthy wood and grass, nuts, cinnamon, and dark fruit. The finish has cookies, pepper, and cinnamon. The taste lingers, it's interesting and complex, making me want to explore more of the flavors that keep appearing. The cookie notes are more like the biscoff cookies served on airplanes.
