Nose: Slightly sharp, with notes of sherry, cherries, dark fruit, brine, and earth. Body: Thick, spicy, and intense. Palate: Juicy, spicy, with flavors of dates, plum, raisin, chocolate, and orange peel. Finish: Juicy, woody, spicy, and coats the mouth. Adding water significantly opened up the flavors.
